Online Casinos Insincerity

The online gambling regulations have yet again struck the online gambling community. Due to much controversy, last weeks congressional hearing was planned to let these concerns out and comment on the U.S. internet gambling industries side. Critics also brought up the UIGEA as bias against other forms of internet gambling since it clamps down on it yet encouraging growth for these industries.

As said by some observers in the various sectors of the gambling industry, there are hairline distinctions between the internet gambling industry and the U.S. who by which blatantly bans or blocks all forms of online gambling for no valid reason.

The main concern for all the online gamblers, especially in the U.S. is that the UIGEA does not give any reasons at all for blocking online gambling in the U.S and their own personnel unable to distinguish what online gambling is. Which many say that it is putting a stranglehold on freedom in the land of democracy.
